This Sunday we went to an arts festival in Southern Humbolt county. It was right along the eel river. It was so pretty and the weather was perfect. Shortly after we got there Emma noticed some kids on stage singing children's song, so she was gone and performing in no time.
Check out that hair!!! We decided to go down to the river to cool down. Emma and Brandon walked accross the whole thing. Brandon even went swimming with the currant.
Jacob was happy throwing rocks into the river.
Emma couldn't wait to get into the jumping house and then she wouldn't stand up. We had a lot of fun. They had food from all over the world, lots of artsy stuff to buy, an entire area just for kids and of course music. I got super sunburned but everyone else just got some nice tans going on. Needless to say the kids slept very well that night!!

What a wonderful family day!Jacob looks so big in Alex's arms! Emma is truly a princess in her dance outfit....I wish I were there to see it. thanks for the pics....we are anxiously waiting to hug and kiss you all.

Looks like a fun time for the kids. My neice Calynn saw a bouncy-house at a birthday party and was SUPER excited... then wouldn't go into it! I'm sure Emma still had a great time, even if she wouldn't stand up. We'll be back around the 22nd or 23rd, so make sure to call us when you're in town!
